after we are made better for our work...!
friends...do you still remember about our presentation..??
Azizul said that he can prepare some cake , right..?!
yeah...here...before he makes some cake for us... ( ^_^ )
i would like to share with you all about delicious recipe of 'Butter Choc Cake'..
Firstly..i will tell about their ingredients : we need 5 eggs (grade B), 140gm castor sugar, 215gm margarine (planta), 1 (small spoon) essence vanila, 180gm self raising flour, 1/4 condensed milk.

For chocolate ganache, we need : 300gm cooking chocolate, 200gm whipping cream.

Now, let's we make together this cake...this is methods :

1) firstly, beat eggs with an electric beater until just frothy, then add sugar.

2) Continue to beat until the mixture turns light.

3) Beat in essence and margarine planta until fluffy and gently fold in sifted flour, half at a time, alternating it with condensed milk. Do not over mix.

4) Bake in preheated oven at 180 celsius for 30 minutes or until cake is cooked through when tested with a skewer.

5) When done, allow cake to cool for 10-15 minutes.

6) Turn out onto wire rack, then pour topping over the cake.

To prepare topping, melt a cooking chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Stir until chocolate has melted. Remove from heat and stir in whipping cream.
