Exercise...??! ;-) (Entry 2)

Exercise for everybody..especially those sleepy/drowse or

depressed people.

Please do this simple exercise below..! :-)

this is little of ala taichi...
as intro and warming up..

copy like this...
to release your shoulder
and your neck...

wa..wa.. aaa

motion to right and then to left..

motion to left and then to right..

just follow...also..don't be giddy your head..hehehe..

pat strongly at your forehead..
to release your
sleepy or drowse..

and then make your hand and body movement...like this!
make like happy.. ;-)

after that,make a little shake of your leg and body...
like don't have any problem...

make aggresive...
do not mind what other people said..

release all your stress...

giddy your head...

see your face at the mirror..beautiful or not?!...Who is dark skin,do not felt...hehehe... ;-)

Lastly, make like cat dance...
If your sleepy and stress do not release..
Take your pillow and sleep in Surau... ;-)
