how do you learn English?

hi everybody....did you realize that we cannot speak English really well like other peoples. so, do you like to improve your English?? if yes...you may can try this....i.m also a learner of English, what i'm do to improve my English? first..i'm read a lot...like what pn. Halizah said..we need to read..even we don't know what we read actually..we need to read aloud...why? because we have to improve speaking skill too...
