Bravo!!! I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of you for your superb performance!!! I'm really really proud of all of you. Everbody has played his or her part very well......I"m amazed!!! We made it, rite? Well.....as I've told you earlier, the sky is our limit. If we want to succeed we have to be willing to go beyond our comfortable zone. A bit of sacrifice + creativity + talent (which can be polished!) + effort + practice (many many times) + prayer, god willing you will achieve success. That's the formula and the same goes to many aspects of our life. I'm sorry that I have to push you a little and a lot most of the time...but all our efforts, alhamdulillah have paid off.

psychology is my current course that i take in National University of Malaysia.
it is one of course under Department of Psychology and Human Development.
for me, psychology is a course that very interesting and can be applied in our daily life.
for your information, psychology is the study of human behaviour and mental events.
people always misunderstand about psychology.
what they think is psychology is about mental problems.
psychology have many subfields such as cognitive, behaviourism, psychoanalysis, and so on.
i like cognitive subfield because it is study about mind and mental events.

Do you ever heard about James Locke that was founded one theory about how to achieve our goal.
i learnt it in one of my u2 course last semester.
this theory is explain about what we can do in the way to fulfil our goal.
this theory called goal setting theory.
James Locke said that if we want to reach our goals, we must set up plans that can we do to make sure we manage to fulfil and achieve our goals.
so for me, i agree with him.
because i applied this theory in my life.
i have many plans in the way to achieve my dreams and get a better future.
so how about you??

in future, i want to be a psychologists.
i want to have a luxurious mansion and a huge car.

the advantages of drama session in foundation english
assalamualaikum to all my fellow friends.
today i want to share my personal opinions about our drama session that we are participating.
the inter-class drama competition was held in KTAMS, Faculty of Education last friday.
we were fighting with two more set.
for me, this activity can improve our soft skills such as to be brave in front crowded. we can talk in front of audience in the floor very well and can throw our stage freak from ourself.
this kind of activity also can improve our pronounciations and also can improve our grammar in english.
furthermore, drama also can build teamwork among us. we give our cooperation to this drama to ensure this drama can be perfect and success. it shows that this kind of activity can build teamwork among us.
we also can know each other very well. for me, it is nice to know all of you and become friends.
we also can learn something new from this activities. examples, we know how to manage technical settings, to manage costumes for actors and actresses, how to prepare a props, and so on.
in the bottom line, i want to say that drama session is good to be one of learning in class not only learn from book. but we also can learn from another activities such as drama.

Now I want to share with you
about a day in my life in campus. 
The first time I came to this campus, I felt happy and fear to take
challenge of the new environment, students, new subjects and new lecturers.
Do you know? ??My family and all my friend gave me spirit and support
to journey my life in campus because actually I want to continue my study in the
Al-Azhar University in Egypt but I couldn’t go to overseas.. it is ok...
So I continue my study in Bangi and I am not afraid anymore because I think this time I must try to take new challenges and become an intelligent and brave girl..
right??
The first time in campus, I woke up at 5.30 a.m for bothe and then make preparation to pray.. Usually, when I studied in secondary school,I had to wake up early at 5.00 a.m because I stayed in the hostel, not at home with my parent.
In campus, I start my class at 8.00 a.m. so I can go to class at 7.30 a.m by bus from my college, Keris Mas College.
I am a Theology and Philosophy student. So, in my first year I’m going study a new subject like Methodology Fiqh, Philosophy, Theology and others.it is so difficult..but i know i can do it...chayok2..(^_^)
in faculty,I meet a new friends in my couse like Shahirah, Fatin ,Najihah..
sis Faezah, sis arini and others...They are so friendly and good friends.
And now i meet a new friends againin this short sem like sis Ummi..naza..

I am very happy in thr National University of Malaysia. It is because I have lecturer who are nice and sporting like madam Halizah,madam Roslina..Prof Idris Zakaria and others. I also have many friends.. So, I think my life in campus is very exciting, interesting and fascinating everyday
but some time I miss my old friend because all of their continue their studies in the Al-Azhar University in Egypt. .So I hope one day I can go to Egypt with my family.

I want to cook Minang recipe
because it is very delicious and marvellous
especially Belut Goreng...
I want to share this recipe
with my friends and customers.
Of couse one day I hope to marry
and have children ideally before I’m 26 years old.
My perfect partner is good looking..

Healthy habits to suit every personality...
- drink 1-2 litres of water a day to stay well-hydrated and fill you up, so you're less likely to snack.
- choose low- fat dairy products instead of the full- cream variety.
- use healthy monounsaturated fats like olive and canola oil which are great for heart health, brainpower and fighting inflamation.
- alternate your fruit and vegetables so that you include as many different colours and varieties as possible.
- exercise for 30 minutes on most days- split it up into three blocks of 10 minutes if time is tight.
- aim to get seven to eight hours of sleep most nights-skimping on sleep can cause a spike in insulin levels and change the way metabolise carbohydrates- predisposing you to weight gain.
- snack on foods like raw nuts, fruit and vegetable, which are hight in healthy vitamins and minerals and low in unhealthy fat, sugar and salt.

my first love was take place while i am 12 years old. too young right? but, you know what happen to both of us? we break off while i'm 15; he's died because of a very tragic accident.. frankly speaking...i love him very much. when my friend told me that he was past away, i can't cry, because i remember that he never want to see me crying. he told me that i looked too ugly with crying face...until now, i really hope that he will come in front of me and say to me; "umi, you are foolish". hmm... but i know that it won't happen...
my second love was while i'm in form 4 and we break off while we were studying in lower 6. i don't really want to talk about him. but, what i want to highlight here is; i was jump into love again while i am studying here in my first year. and until now, i'm still loving him. therefore, i can't have him, because he had another girl.
i feel like i was so stupid. why can't i just left him with his girl and find another suitable guy for me. but, i can't and until now i still can't. so, brothers and sisters, what can i do now?....can somebody tell me, what should i do....

i myself had my own experience regarding with "kawan makan kawan". i don't want to tell you what she had done to me. but, i just wanna say that i suffered for almost 5 months because of her. i don't know what i'd done to her. i don't know what's my fault. i just can't imagined that she willing to do such thing to me. i really regreted on it.

I think all the people have the favourite food.. whatever wastern, eastern, and soon..my be you will choose seafood as a favourite food..and for me, i choose seafood and laksa penang as a favourite food..must the people will ask me, why i choose the both of this food as a favourite foods??? my answer is because, i'm very like food...everyone have own interesting,for example seafood... i choose them because in seafood have many protein to build our body and healty.. seafood such as fishes, crab, prawn, cuttlefish and soon have many protein and good for brain.. i'm also like laksa because it's very easy to do.. i'm always help my mother to prepare to cook the laksa.. in kelantan, laksa is a one of the famous food and called as a "Laksa Kelantan"...

when I'm boring and have a free time I will read novels.. I very like read novels because novels can make me enjoys and released tension.. when I'm get novel, I don't think about other things.. I'm really enjoy when I'm read novels.. among novels I'm already read is Bicara Hati, Sepi Tanpa Cinta, Ombak Rindu, Pergilah Sepi and so on.. I like read novels by Damya Hanna and Fauziah Asha'ari because their story very best and make me enjoy not like other.. But when I'm have I can't spend my time to read novels because I want concentrate to my study.. I think, there are lots people like read novels, especially girls.. MY MEMORY
Hai everybody.....How are you????
Last year, on 24 of June I was retired from work.. At that day was last day at the kindergarten that I teached.. For six months I work as a teacher at Tadika Ilmi, in Kok Lanas... Everyone of the students had become not just my student but a dear child.. I have wonderful memories with my students.. For example, on Teacher's Day my students and I was play the game togther... We enjoy play the game and we felt very happy... I remember it.. It's so very funny... Besides that, I also happy because I got many presents from my students.. Thanks to all my dear students...
After six months I was work, I continued my study at UKM.. I felt very happy got it but I felt so sad because I leave my dear students.. I hope that my students will continue to study hard and make their dreams come true... May Allah Bless All of You...(",)

pet animals are entertaining companions. they certainly make our lives more interesting. they are active and palyful companions. they can also be easy to maintain pets come in range of type, size and personality. different animals have their own feeding habit, space requiredment and behaviour. i also have my own pet. my pet is cat. i call it "Cek Bie". it so cute cat. the body is full of white colour. my pet like to eat fish. my pet also is an active cat. it always run and play around my house. my family love the pet and always care it especially my sisters. so, i think if we have pet we must care to our pet and don't make it trouble.
