late 80's, an experiment proof that the spicy food can increase body metabolism until 25 percent and the burning of the calorie still continued and increase until 3 hours later. the latest experiment from Laval University in Quebec, Canada, found that a man who drank coffee while eating snack with red spicy chilli for his breakfast clearly showed can burn almost more than 1000 calories in a day.
