Healthy habits to suit every personality...

  • drink 1-2 litres of water a day to stay well-hydrated and fill you up, so you're less likely to snack.
  • choose low- fat dairy products instead of the full- cream variety.
  • use healthy monounsaturated fats like olive and canola oil which are great for heart health, brainpower and fighting inflamation.
  • alternate your fruit and vegetables so that you include as many different colours and varieties as possible.
  • exercise for 30 minutes on most days- split it up into three blocks of 10 minutes if time is tight.
  • aim to get seven to eight hours of sleep most nights-skimping on sleep can cause a spike in insulin levels and change the way metabolise carbohydrates- predisposing you to weight gain.
  • snack on foods like raw nuts, fruit and vegetable, which are hight in healthy vitamins and minerals and low in unhealthy fat, sugar and salt.
  • eat regularly- either by having three meals a day or seven to eight very small healthy mini- meals-this will keep your metabolism revving....

thanks for this information kak ummi..the health is very important in life..so,we have take care about health..and take many fruits and vegetables..junk food is not good for health..
